Welcome to Altura. By accessing, signing up for, or using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our website, subscribing to our services, or engaging in any activity facilitated through Altura.

This Agreement is legally binding between you (“Client,” “Subscriber,” “User,” or “Affiliate”) and Altura (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

For clarity within this Agreement, the following terms apply:

“Services” – refers to all products and offerings by Altura, including but not limited to auto-copy trade signals, account management services, Altura Assist programs, the affiliate program, and related website resources.
“Account Management” – the service where Altura or its assigned representatives manage a client’s trading account on their behalf, under a profit-sharing or fee-based arrangement.
“Altura Assist” – specialized financial support services targeted at senior citizens, students, and other vulnerable groups, with predefined deposit plans and benefits.
“Affiliate” – an individual or entity who participates in Altura’s referral and earnings program.
“Subscriber” – any person who subscribes to Altura’s signals, account management, or assist services via payment gateway (Gumroad or otherwise).
“Client Account” – the digital profile created by a subscriber, signal provider, or affiliate within Altura’s system.
“Altura ID” – the unique identification number assigned to each client (e.g., prefix A/cM for Account Management).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Altura’s website, registering for services, making a payment, or participating in any program, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
Are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Understand the risks associated with financial services, trading, and investments.

3. Modification of Terms

Altura reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly.

4. Eligibility

To use Altura’s services, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain only one active account, unless otherwise authorized.
Not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Not impersonate another individual or entity.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Services Offered

Altura provides the following categories of services:

5.1 Auto Copy Trade Signals

Subscribers may connect to our auto trade services through MetaTrader (MT5) or other platforms. Subscribers understand:

Results are based on market conditions and are not guaranteed.
Performance may vary depending on broker, VPS, or internet speed.
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their accounts are correctly connected.

5.2 Account Management Services

Altura provides account management on behalf of clients, subject to:

Approval Period: A mandatory 1-week compliance and processing review before management begins.
Profit-Sharing Fees: Altura deducts the agreed percentage (e.g., 20% or other arrangement) on profits generated.
Withdrawals: Clients may request withdrawals through the Cashier/Withdraw menu, using their Altura ID. Withdrawals are processed in line with internal policy and require account approval.
No Guarantees: Altura does not guarantee profits or returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5.3 Altura Assist Program

A tailored service for senior citizens, students, and vulnerable groups:

Senior Citizen Plus: Deposit range $30–$100, 2.5% weekly deduction, benefits include health insurance coverage, health card provision, and financial advisor assignment.
Student Plus: Deposit range $20–$100, 5% weekly deduction, benefits include weekly auto-payouts (manual payouts upon request).
Deposits are non-refundable but can be withdrawn subject to deductions and program terms.

5.4 Affiliate Program

Altura’s affiliate program allows individuals to earn by referring clients. Terms include:

$5 lifetime earnings per referred subscriber (standard program).
Secret programs or higher-tier rewards may apply under special conditions.
Affiliates must adhere to fair marketing practices and cannot misrepresent Altura.

6. Payments

All payments for services must be made via Altura’s official payment gateways (e.g., Gumroad).
Payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate.

7. Withdrawals

Clients may request withdrawals only after the 1-week account approval period has passed.
Withdrawals require submission of a withdrawal form and Altura ID.
Processing times may vary depending on banking or crypto channels used.

8. Compliance & Risk Disclosure

Trading and investment involve substantial risk of loss. You may lose part or all of your capital.
Altura is not liable for financial losses caused by market volatility, system errors, broker issues, or third-party failures.
Altura complies with applicable financial, data protection, and consumer laws. Clients must comply with their local laws.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Misuse affiliate links or engage in fraudulent referrals.
Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt Altura’s systems.
Share login details or allow unauthorized access.

Violation may lead to account suspension, termination, or legal action.

10. Data Privacy

Altura collects personal data for service delivery, compliance, and communication.
Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data.

11. Termination

Altura reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the company, its users, or compliance obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of Altura. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute such materials without prior consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altura shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or investments.
Service interruptions, delays, or technical issues.
Decisions made by users based on signals or services.

Users accept full responsibility for their investment decisions.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Altura harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
